Come Celebrate Pentecost Sunday Dear Friends, Pentecost is a day of promise fulfilled—a day when heaven touched earth, and the Church was born in the power of the Holy Spirit. Jesus promised that He would not leave us as orphans, but would send the Holy Spirit to be with us and within us. On Pentecost, that promise became reality. The Spirit came like wind and fire, filling the disciples with boldness, joy, and the power to live for Christ and walk in His ways. This Sunday, we gather to remember that first Pentecost—and to open our hearts afresh to the same Holy Spirit. In a world of confusion and fear, Jesus offers us the gift of His presence, His guidance, and His strength. He empowers us not only to believe, but to live as His witnesses and keep His commandments through love. Whether you are hungry for a deeper walk with God, needing strength for daily life, or simply curious about the Spirit’s work, this is a Sunday not to miss. Come and be filled. Come and be renewed. Come and receive the fire of Pentecost. In Christ, Fr Ken |
